Dr Victor Tsang

Dr Victor Tsang is the Digital Dentistry Specialty Leader with a focus on advanced restorative applications and the founder of Digital Dental Surgery in Tuggerah. He is a key speaker for the DIO International Digital Academy and a Fellow of the International Pierre Fauchard Dental Academy. Dr Tsang lectures both in Australia and internationally. 

His distinctive teaching style draws from decades of training experience with the Australian Army Reserve, where he has served since 1989. Over the years, he has mentored dentists across Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea in digital navigation implant systems, combining theoretical knowledge with practical clinical applications. 

Outside of dentistry, Dr Tsang plays key roles in community and charity work. He has served as president of the Sydney Pacific Lions Club, zone chairman for Lions Club District 201N5, and chairman for several national and community organisations including the Australian Lions Drug Awareness Foundation and the Australian Chinese Community Commemoration Organising Committee. 

He holds several honours for his service, including the Australian Defence Medal, Defence Long Service Medal, Knight of the Order of St John of Jerusalem and Melvin Jones Fellow. 

Currently, Dr Tsang serves as Lieutenant Colonel in the Australian Army Reserve and is Deputy Chief of Staff for the Director of Health Services Army Reserve ER.

Dr Ryan Chou

Originally from New Zealand, Dr Ryan Chou holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and later completed Dentistry at the University of Queensland. He gained extensive experience in hospital internships before finding his passion in oral surgery and dental implants. 

Dr Chou holds a Fellowship in Dental Implantology from the University of Miami and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology from Charles Sturt University. He is also a speaker for DIO Implant.

Dr Sarah Won

Dr Sarah Won earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago, New Zealand. She has worked in both public and private sectors across Queensland and New South Wales. 

Her passion for dentistry began through volunteer missions overseas. She treats patients as she would family, with a gentle, caring manner and a strong focus on patient comfort. 

Dr Sarah is dedicated to continuing education, especially in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and digital techniques.

Dr Steven You

Dr Steven You grew up in Thailand and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Thai. He holds degrees in Mechatronics Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Sydney. 

Dr You enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has special interests in periodontics, endodontics, restorative and crown and bridge work. He continues to study orthodontics and implant dentistry. 

Dr Krupani Bollipo

Dr Krupani Bollipo graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Dr N.T.R University of Health Sciences. She provided free dental services in rural communities before relocating to Australia and completing her Australian Dental Council Exams. 

At DDSS Tuggerah for over 5 years, she is known for her patient focused approach and calming presence. Her focus areas include cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments, periodontics, crowns, veneers and dental implants. She is also trained in Invisalign.

Dr. Jeonghwan Song

Dr Jeonghwan (JH) Song Dental Surgeon Dr Jeonghwan Song is a digital prosthodontic clinician focused on full-arch implant surgery and prosthetics, minimally invasive veneer-based aesthetic restorations, and prevention-centred oral health care.

After earning his Korean dental licence (DDS, Chosun University), he was drawn to Australia’s culture and environment and, in 2017, obtained his Australian dental licence through the Australian Dental Council (ADC) pathway and became a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA). Now at DDSS, he optimises and applies the latest Korean digital prosthodontic workflows to clinical practice in line with Australian standards, and recently has been integrating 3D facial scanning, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM milling, and 3D printing into a unified workflow to pursue predictable, reproducible outcomes. In particular, he focuses on achieving the best results in aesthetic dentistry through digital diagnostics and prosthesis fabrication.

From 2018 to 2025, he founded and operated Zion Dental Clinic in Busan, gaining broad clinical experience in full-arch prosthetics, vertical-dimension rehabilitation, and implant prosthodontics. He has also served since 2018 as a research advisor and collaborative researcher for DIO navigation-guided implant workflows. During this period, his cumulative implant placement experience exceeds 10,000 fixtures. He is certified in Advanced General Dentistry (Republic of Korea, Ministry of Health and Welfare, 2020). He also completed the Microendodontics course supported by the University of Pennsylvania Department of Endodontics (2015) and advanced Periodontics/Implantology training at Seoul National University Graduate School (2017).

He continues to refine his clinical protocols through the Implant Master Study Group (IMC/CMC) and the MINISH Cosmetic Veneer Academy. Beyond clinical practice, he served as a Support Dentist for the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics, and contributed to oral disease prevention in public health as a Dental Epidemiology Officer for the Korea CDC (2012).

Beyond dentistry, Dr Song finds balance in simple rhythms—Sunday church, coastal walks, and unhurried afternoons at the park with his family. Sydney’s beaches and green spaces are where he resets. He keeps a regular habit of devotional reflection, which he says helps him stay grounded and seek ways to be of tangible benefit to those around him.

Dr Krupani Bollipo

Dr Krupani Bollipo graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Dr N.T.R University of Health sciences. During her course she attended a number of Dental Camps to provide Dental Care in Rural areas. After graduation she started working with a Non-Profit Christian missionary clinic to provide dental services free of cost to people from economically backward communities.

After that she pursued her dream of working as a dentist in Australia by completing her Australian Dental Council Exams subsequently becoming a member of Australian Dental association. Dr Bollipo has been a part of the DDSS family for the past 5 years. Her greatest passion is helping patients overcome their anxiety about oral healthcare. She describes her treatment style as “Patient-centric” and building trust by providing all the relevant information to patients which will enable them to make a well-informed decision before proceeding with the best possible treatment. She strives to make the patients dental experience as pain free and as comfortable as possible.

Dr Krupani Bollipo is passionate about Cosmetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, Extractions, Crowns and Veneers. She keeps herself up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry which includes Dental Implants and Invisalign to name a few.  From your routine check-up and cleaning all the way to crowns, veneers or teeth whitening, Dr Bollipo can help you with your dental needs whatever they may be.
