Dr Victor Tsang

Dental Surgeon

Dr Victor Tsang is the Digital Dentistry Specialty leader with the focus on Advanced Restorative application and the founder of the Digital Dentistry Surgery in Sydney. He is a key speaker for the DIO International Digital Academy and the Fellow of the International Pierre Fauchard Dental Academy. Today he lectures both in Australia and overseas. His unique teaching style was developed by his experience in teaching and training with the Australian Army Reserve since 1989. Throughout his years of teaching dentists in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea in the Digital Navigation System of Implantology, he has demonstrated his ability to empower others with not only just the theoretical knowledge but also the practical everyday clinical applications.

During his spare time, he volunteers and plays many leading roles with charity organisations, including president of Sydney Pacific Lions Club (2008 & 2014), zone chairman of Lions Club District 201N5 (2015-16), chairman of the Australian Lions Drug Awareness Foundation (2014-16), chairman of the Australian Chinese Community Commemoration Organising Committee (2009 until now), secretary and treasurer of the ADF Military Health Symposium (2010 until now) and is the Vice President of Australian Chinese Charity Foundation (2017 until now).
Victor has received many awards, in recognition of his commitment and service to the community, including Australian Defence Medal (ADM), Defence Long Service Medal (DLSM), Knight of the Order of St John of Jerusalem (KSJ) and Melvin Jones Fellow (MJF)

Currently Victor is serving the Australia Army Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is Deputy Chief of Staff for the Director of Health Services Army Reserve-ER, Vice President, Australian Chinese Ex-Services National Reunion and Chairman of Australian Chinese Community Commemoration Organising Committee

Dr Ryan Chou

Dental Surgeon

Dr Chou graduated primarily in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. After initially specialising in cardiovascular disease. He then moved to Brisbane to study Dentistry at the University of Queensland. Once graduated he gained experience through a variety of hospital internships. Although Dr Ryan enjoys all aspects of dentistry, he found his true passion for oral surgery and dental implants. Therefore he continually pursues excellence in dental implant surgery through numerous formally awarded post-graduate educations. After he has successfully obtained a Fellowship of Dental Implantology from the University of Miami, he was not satisfied and then went on advancing his knowledge and skills further by graduating of Post Graduate Diploma of Dental Implantology from Charles Sturt University. Dr Ryan is also a speaker/lecturer for DIO Implant company.

Dr Sarah Won

Dental Surgeon

Dr Sarah Won achieved her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at The University of Otago in New Zealand. She has since had a vast array of experience as a Dentist at the public Hospital in Rockhampton, Queensland and private practices in Sydney.

Dr Won found her desire and passion for the dentistry when she went on the mission trip to overseas. Since then, she involved herself extensively in dental and medical mission teams to help others with her professional skills.

Her philosophy is to treat patient as a family member and propose treatment options that she would perform to those closest to her. Dr Sarah pays full attention for patient’s comfort and satisfaction.

Dr Sarah has a gentle caring chair-side manner and and tries her best to explain procedures and treatment options prior to commencing work. She also believes her gentle touch, positive attitude and bubbly character helps her patients to have pleasant dental experience.

Dr Sarah is dedicated to continuing education, constantly updating and improving her clinical knowledge in all aspects of general dental practice with a special interest in Implant dentistry, cosmetic and digital dentistry.

Dr Steven You

Prior to moving to Sydney, Dr Steven You spent most of his childhood in Thailand. Having attended an international school, the multicultural environment quickly allowed his language abilities to thrive. Dr You is proficient in English, Mandarin and Thai.
After migrating to Australia, Dr You completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering with honours and Masters in Biomedical Engineering at The University of New South Wales. He initially worked as an Engineer, but later realized his growing interest in dentistry. In pursuit of his new found interest, Dr You went on to complete his Bachelor of Dentistry from The University of Sydney and was awarded the Brigadier Gordon Rowell prize for proficiency in Preventive Dentistry.
Dr You enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with special interests in Periodontics, Endodontics, Restorative dentistry and Crown & Bridge work. He stays up-to-date with the latest technologies, materials and techniques by attending continuing education courses and aspires to further training in orthodontics and implant dentistry.

Dr Krupani Bollipo

Dr Krupani Bollipo graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Dr N.T.R University of Health sciences. During her course she attended a number of Dental Camps to provide Dental Care in Rural areas. After graduation she started working with a Non-Profit Christian missionary clinic to provide dental services free of cost to people from economically backward communities.

After that she pursued her dream of working as a dentist in Australia by completing her Australian Dental Council Exams subsequently becoming a member of Australian Dental association. Dr Bollipo has been a part of the DDSS family for the past 5 years. Her greatest passion is helping patients overcome their anxiety about oral healthcare. She describes her treatment style as “Patient-centric” and building trust by providing all the relevant information to patients which will enable them to make a well-informed decision before proceeding with the best possible treatment. She strives to make the patients dental experience as pain free and as comfortable as possible.

Dr Krupani Bollipo is passionate about Cosmetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, Extractions, Crowns and Veneers. She keeps herself up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry which includes Dental Implants and Invisalign to name a few.  From your routine check-up and cleaning all the way to crowns, veneers or teeth whitening, Dr Bollipo can help you with your dental needs whatever they may be.

Dr Bollipo loves to spend time with family and pet animals, reading books, cooking various international cuisines to enjoy with family.

Dr Trevor Lee

Dr Trevor completed his Bachelor of Dental Science with honours from the University Of Queensland. He began his career working with public dental in Newcastle before returning home to Sydney and transitioning to private practice. Dr Trevor enjoys all aspects of dentistry and continues to further his skills with continued education in all facets, with a lean towards surgery and implant placement. He particularly loves to apply modern equipment and materials to current practice for the best outcomes. He is fluent in English and Cantonese.

On his days off, Dr Trevor enjoys keeping active outdoors and pursues his passion for soccer, snowboarding and the newfound hobby of golf.

Jade Beer

General Manager

Jade has been in the dental field for over 13 years and has been a part of DDSS since 2014.

Jade is a passionate and caring manager who ensures our team runs at maximum efficiency to make sure that patients at all our branches receive the best quality service. It is really important for Jade to make sure that patients fully understand the procedure that they are about to receive and that patients get the best treatment and result possible. She worked closely with lab technicians in the past, so that she understands the whole process when it comes down to major dental work. This benefits her to educate patients to have a better understanding of what and how dental treatment will be carried out.

Jade is a proud mother of her beautiful daughter and on her days off she enjoys family time at the beach.
